• A person with a blockage or physical trauma that’s blocking from thriving in daily life or in sports activities, and inhibits freedom of expression.
  • A person with an emotional blockage, who’s not necessarily aware of it, but which results in physical issues.

Each course is tailor-made to fit your situation and needs.

As a result, its content directly depends on several factors:

  1. The stage of the process you are in.
  2. The speed at which you are able to integrate new information.

Nothing is formatted. Everything takes shape as you evolve.

I prefer to be honest. There is no reference on this subject.

The only thing I can say is this:

The pack of seven consultations marks the start of a new life.

These sessions will allow you to understand a lot of things and to consider real changes.

Ingraining this new information takes patience, time and practice, but I’m always available to facilitate this process.

  • Thanks to a broader approach, taking into account the person as a whole.
  • Using tools that can be reused in everyday situation.
  • By working on instinct and learning to trust it.

Despite my Pilates training, knowledge of movement anatomy, and experience in various sports, I’m not strictly a sports coach but rather a body whisperer, whose work is to guide you towards fulfilment thanks to an organic performance.

What differentiates our two professions is the approach.

The physiotherapist provides targeted care for a problem.

For my part, I consider the whole body, what the person is experiencing and how a problem is being  managed.

To give you an analogy: we could be compared to two doctors, one a specialist, and the other a general practitioner.

Even though I followed life coaching training in 2021, the work on emotions and belief patterns is done jointly with the body, because the two constantly communicate in order to recreate a harmonious state.

Besides the fact that I love the idea of being able to help you, it’s important to clearly determine your needs and goals because old habits often die hard!

That’s why your initial motivation is important. Because this work, combined with a positive mindset, can profoundly change the way you approach your problems and free yourself from them.
