Seven individual sessions to take control of your situation. These targeted sessions will allow you to acquire crucial information and simple yet valuable tools to experience profound and lasting changes.
My advice: Practice the new patterns as often as possible and come back to see me for adjustments whenever you wish.

1st session
This is an anamnesis, meaning an analysis of your situation through a comprehensive assessment of your issue.
During this first session, you’ll discover:
- The source of your problem.
- The initial tools to transform your current pattern.
- New sensations.
The remainder of the sessions
The sessions following the anamnesis focus on applying the new patterns within your context.
- Customized exercises.
- Work on body patterns.
- Work on emotional and belief patterns.
- Work on strengthening instinct and developing autonomy.
Useful information
The seven sessions can be completed within a maximum period of 8 weeks.
I don’t recommend taking more than one session per week, as it’s important to allow time for the integration of new patterns.

Follow-up consultations
There are three main reasons why you’d like more sessions:
- After trying out the new tools on your own, you may have questions.
- Your issue requires medium-term work.
- You have several issues you want to resolve.
After over twenty years of teaching, experience has shown me that the best formula for change is to let the individual work alone for a while. This time of personal adaptation fully strenghtens the degree of autonomy and helps to integrate the new patterns.
