My three priorities
- Helping you understand the cause of your problems.
- Helping you find simple and sustainable solutions.
- Helping you become independent in the long-term.
The basic problem is viewing a physical issue separate from an emotional one
What our being needs to deliver the best of itself is a broader, so-called holistic vision.
In most cases, the tendency is to look for a solution in one direction for the mind, and another for the body, without seeing that THE solution lies in managing both together!
Lasting solutions need to be simple and organic
The best performances I’ve seen come from a change in the person’s mindset: mainly stop wanting to control an outcome. Wanting to do well or right, wanting to succeed, wanting to win.
When it comes to results, the thing that works best is to simply be, feel good here and now, breathe calmly, stop thinking.
My three pillars
These reference pillars accompany us throughout each session. They allow you to stay connected to your feelings, and prove the uselessness of putting pressure on yourself!
-
Overthinking
When our mind overcontrols, it's often a sign that we are trying too hard to either “do it well” or “do it right.” This has the effect of blocking the fluidity of our movements and our general well-being.
-
Overdoing it
The intensity delivered in an effort or action is often far too high compared to the real needs of the situation. This comes from our beliefs. Like for example: If I don't try hard enough, it won't work or it won't be done well enough.
-
Blocking your instinct
When, for example, we ignore limiting pain, we prevent the body from aligning with the instinct that might suggest we need to stop. Blocking one's feelings prevents from respecting one's limits but also reduces the quality of performance.
What we do together, in addition to improving your performance
- Release the stress related to frustration, incomprehension or even fear when not understanding what's going on.
- Create tailor-made exercises adapted to your specific needs.
- Learn to (re)-introduce the dimension of well-being while obtaining incredible results.
- Observe immediate changes.
Your best achievements happen within your context
I recommend working within the context of the person, as the solutions I propose are always inspired by the reality of a situation.
By working through field scenarios, it is much easier to progress and integrate new patterns.
Even during my workshops, I encourage work based on everyone’s situation in order to feel and integrate changes more easily.
