I’m back… After a while!
In case you’ve been wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to for more than a year…
- I needed time.
- Moving from one thing to another does not happen in linear time.
- I wanted something to work out so badly but I wasn't ready for it.
- Life still had many lessons in store for me before I could develop my new activity.
Time is a master but mostly patience! I’m sure you won’t disagree with me on this. But time can also help us journey, by sometimes loosing sight of ourselves to then find ourselves again, even better than ever imagined.
In January 2021, I was on the starting block to write a book on my work techniques. Fortunately, this has not yet seen the light of day. What luck. It would have been a miss, not a hit.
Instead of this, I built:
- a new work offer
- a cohesion in relation to the transmission of my skills
- and above all the joy of continuing to fuel my passion for the body in movement.
Je vous invite à découvrir mon nouveau site.
It’s the synthesis of everything that holds an important place in my vision of a body and mind in motion in any given moment.

To illustrate this vision, I offer you this spring image of a nature which blossoms following its own rhythm, slowly, but surely; nourished by the land that welcomes it. This is a 100% organic performance.
Our body works no differently from this process. He is nature and our spirit is the earth which transmits its energy to it. If it is stressed, agitated, the body absorbs this state. The quality of our mind depends on us and on elements much simpler than we think. As :
- Feeling good instead of wanting to do well
- Do not try to force but simply feel pleasure
Looking more closely, we find the notion of “taking your time”. Who rushes to stop “taking their time”? Believe me, your body loves to embody the well-being felt in the present moment. The icing on the cake is that your physical performance will improve dramatically.
Here is a little exercise to put your feelings into practice, rather than your will.
The next time you find yourself practicing your sports routine or playing sports, I encourage you to do this little test.
Ask yourself these two questions alternately. As you do this, take your time to detect the difference in your feeling and the fluidity of your movements.
Do I feel good?
Am I “wanting to do well”?
These simple questions allow you to reduce or increase the pressure on the mind. And presto, in no time, the body feels it, and there, unsurprisingly, the quality of the performance deteriorates.
Never underestimate the intelligence of the relationship between your body and your mind. She is powerful. This is the basis of the psychosomatic approach. Physical symptoms can help understand and heal emotional states. We should all master this tool of recognition and healing.
For those interested, I’m teaching a workshop on this topic next Tuesday 19 March, at the Herstreet center in Geneva. This 75min workshop will take place in English and has been specified “For Women Only”. I will focus on a single psychosomatic healing tool to help unblock everyday tensions.
To participate, two options:
We look forward to seeing you there, or at one of my next Workshops, which I will share with you here.
