Between fear and love, which should we choose?

Today, I’m going to talk to you about self-healing through love.

For those of you who don’t know me well yet: I have an empirical relationship with my body. I use my aches and pains as working tools. I talk to them, question them, touch them and never avoid them.

For a good while, I’ve been struggling with my psoas. A very long, deep muscles in the area of the pelvis, hips and top of the thigh. I decided to test giving it some love and it worked!

If you don’t know the psoas, it’s the guy that helps you sit amongst other movements at the hip.

As a result, by spending a lot of time sitting, it gets tired of always being in the same position.

Moreover, in a figurative sense, this muscle represents the garbage bin of our undigested emotions! This explains why it should have the need once in a while to speak up!

Answers should never be seeked through fear

Quand on a mal quelque part, surtout s’il s’agit de plus qu’une douleur passagère, on a tous tendance à commencer par s’accrocher à des pensées qui s’inspirent de la peur. “What’s wrong with me, is it serious, what if it was… “.
Take this test to see for yourself. Say those two affirmations and see how you feel for each:

  1. I’m afraid
  2. I trust

Words and thoughts echo within our body because everything is related. But mostly our body acts like a sponge. It’s the hypersensitive one on duty that picks up everything, in its most subtle nuances. It’s his job. And I honestly believe he’s cut for the job to compensate for the heaviness of the mind, which by dint of control and thinking more negative than positive, really weighs the atmosphere of “I feel good, everything’s fine”.

So, if we want to make good use of our body, we must listen to it talk to us without panicking because its wisdom is infintely greater than that of our mind. It’s purely instinctive and our instinct knows what good for us or not.

We can heal ourselves punctually by giving love to our pains.

The notion of love in energetic healing is the same as the one you feel for someone you love. It’s a sensation that spreads from the heart and makes you feel deeply serene for a brief moment. By providing the same energy to your pains, you give them what they need to feel better and heal. You don’t lose anything by trying. Just trust yourself.
